Administrator: Linda Garcia

Linda P. Garcia has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of CT since 1987 with over twenty years experience. She has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Gerontology. She has a Master's degree in Health Services Administration and a Masters of Business Administration. Her prior work experience includes working in Long Term Care, Short Stay Rehab, and working with traumatic brain injured and spinal cord injury clients.

Director of Admissions: Cindy Hamel

Cindy has been employed within the healthcare industry for approximately 30 years. Her experience ranges from independent retirement living, assisted living, to skilled nursing facilities. She has been a team member at Village Green of Waterbury since 2008, welcoming the opportunity to work through the development stages and the implementation of Village Green of Waterbury’s STAR unit. Working with the local community to provide resource information, organizing community events and heighten awareness of the specialized services that Village Green of Waterbury has to offer is an exciting adventure and a wonderful message to deliver.

Partner Development Coordinator: Lilian Ciesco

Lilian Ciesco is a Partner Development Coordinator with over 20 years of healthcare experience, who works primarily with our three CT centers. In her role, Lilian has developed liaisons between major CT hospitals and has worked to establish key partnerships and new networking opportunities for the company. Prior to becoming a Partner Development Coordinator, Lilian served as the Director of Admissions and Marketing of a 151-bed long-term care center.

Lilian has been a Board member for the CT Rotary service group for nine years, serving as secretary for two years. She has served on several high school mentoring programs for scholarships and advanced education. Lilian received a BS with a major in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor Psychology from Springfield College in MA. In her free time, Lilian enjoys skiing, boating, cooking and running.

Clinical Liaison: Linda Norman, AS, BSBM

Linda Norman joined Village Green of Waterbury's team in April 2010. Linda holds an Associates and Bachelor's degree from Albertus Magnus College's Tagliatella School of Business, Magna Cum Laude. Linda has worked in healthcare for over 30 years, holding positions in both home care and long term care. Prior to joining Village Green, Linda was Admissions Director in the Waterbury and Hartford CT area for over 17 years. Linda holds a position of Justice of the Peace in Connecticut and is a current member of the Greater Waterbury Board and Connecticut Association of Realtors.
